Highland County Retired Teachers Association welcomes all retired teachers and administrators to join. Newly retired or soon to be retired individuals are invited try us out and to be our guest at one of our meetings.
Who Can Become a Member?
We invite all teachers and administrators retired from the public schools, state and municipal colleges and universities who draw retirement allowances from the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, or other State Teachers Retirement Systems. We also offer associate membership to member spouses or other individuals who were employed by public or private schools.
Why Join?
There are several benefits to becoming a member of our organization. Our members are close friends and we have a great time when we get together. Of course we also have a common interest, and we hope to further our cause.

To become a member, please complete the application below. When the application is complete please contact Treasurer Leone Bihl (937-763-7336) or [email protected]. She will provide details as to how to submit your first year's dues. Dues:
ORTA dues are $30.00 and should be paid to our HCRTA Treasurer, Leone Bihl or directly to ORTA. HCRTA dues are $10.00. If send dues both dues to Leone, one check may be written for both dues, payable to Highland County Retired Teachers Association. Please pay by check.
Luncheon Payments: Cost for luncheon meals varies from month to month but is usually around $12.00-$15.00 and may also be paid separately with your dues.
